1. Quickbooks
There are so many benefits to using Quickbooks depending on your personal business needs. I’ve been using it since the beginning of my blogging journey in 2017 to track my expenses and blogging income. They make it extremely easy to keep track of where your money is going, sending out invoices, and more. You can even give access to your accountant to track and organize your tax deductions all year.

2. Later App
I’ve tried entirely too many scheduling apps over the years and Later is my favorite hands down. They have a free plan available without an expiration date; so you can test out their features before opening your wallet. I use Later to schedule and plan out my feeds in advance. My favorite feature about Later is the ability is create the first comment within the app. When you sign up for Later using my link below you will receive 10 free posts.
3. Flodesk
I have an article published already singing the praises of Flodesk. If you’re reading this article and you haven’t started building your mailing list yet; start today. You don’t need millions of subscribers to monetize your e-mail list, but you do need to have one in place. Use my link below to sign up for Flodesk for 50% off your plan for life.
4. Tailwind
Tailwind has been around since 2011 and it’s almost impossible to be a blogger without hearing about it. It’s a staple product to quickly skyrocket your Pinterest views. Unlike most Pinterest scheduling apps Tailwind offers detailed analytics about your boards and pins. You also have the option to join groups within the app
5. Shopify
Shopify is one of the easiest platforms I’ve used for e-commerce. Their platform makes creating and designing your own retail site a breeze. They have so many apps available to make it easy to market your store online and in person. I use Shopify for my store Kinnidi Beauty Co.
6. Lightroom Presets
I love using Lightroom presets to edit my photos quickly. My presets can be used on mobile or the desktop version of Lightroom. They are customizable filters essentially that make it easy to give your photos the same edit. Using presets save me so much time when it comes to the editing process.
7. WordPress Theme
I have been using Bluehost for my blog since 2017. Bluehost makes setting up your own WordPress site a breeze. I’ve loved using Bluehost because of their pricing, apps, and great customer service. If you need help setting up your own website you can see my post here.
